Arizona Rim E-Z Fletch Mini

The idea of fletching 3 vanes at once seems like you'd sacrifice some accuracy but I've had excellent results. Super quick and easy. I think the true helical design makes a difference. It's a pretty aggressive helical. Think it's 3 degrees and it's not just offset like most jigs do. I haven't done and testing but to me it seems to really do a good job stabilizing the flight of my 550 grain arrow and makes the Bohning Blazer do the work of directing the arrow with a fixed broadhead attached.

This is the simplest and most reliable fletcher I have used. It suffices for both individual repairs, as well small production runs.If you can thread a needle and glue a simple edge you could be an expert with this Arizona Rim EZ Fletch. I gave one to my 14 ear old grandson and fletched a dozen his raw shafts in on the first attempt. He loves it, and me of course for getting ir for him. It's just a really a great tool! I have one that I've owned for over 10 years and and it's just as good as the day I bought it. If you are a recreational archer or a pro shop tech, you need one of these to keep your arrows flying true. I offer my highest recommendation of the Arizona Rim E-Z Fletch Mini.

Light weight and perfect to keep in your bow case or hunting pack for in the field adjustments or repairs. If installed correctly fletchings held strong and arrow flew straight. Quick and easy once you get the hang of it. 4 stars because plastic and hinges seemed a little flimsy. Overall worth the money.

It works really well, just be sure to clean all the glue off of it so the moving pieces do t get glued together

Very nice and quite simple to set all 3 vanes at once. Accuracy is good. I glued blazer vanes on 4 arrows and have been shooting them for awhile, probably 100 times each. Absolutely no failures or loose vanes! Accuracy is as good as any arrows I have used in the past. I fully intend to fletch my hunting arrows with the EZ fletch for this falls hunting.

On the plus side, this jig makes applying vanes super quick...when it works. Three vanes at once...when it works. The problem I have is that it doesn't work that well for me. I am not new to applying vanes, but I struggle to get all three vanes to adhere correctly. Plus, even though I only use the small amount of glue recommended by the vane manufacturer, the slots on this jig keeps getting crusted over, creating odd pressure points between the plastic of the jig and the rubber of the vanes. As a result, the jig does not consistently apply pressure to the vanes, and sometimes even pulls them off when opening the jig up. I have to routinely scrape out the residue, or use acetone to clean things off...and with the added time I have to spend on maintaining the jig, I could probably applied three vanes using a normal jig. That all said, I love the idea of this product. And when it does work...it is a true treat to use. But when it doesn't work just right...it is a pain.

This is a very simple but extremely effective tool for fletching you arrows. I can fletch a ½ dozen arrows in no time. This has a very aggressive helical, and I must say it really has tighten mine & my sons groups. Our groups have been getting so tight that we have to re-fletch quite a bit because we will shoot through the vanes, even bust some nocks. Tip: For keeping excessive glue form getting on the jig, and a Good set. 1. Place Glue on vane first I use and Old “Super Glue bottle” refiled with G5 Blu-Glue that has the brush. Dab and spread evenly 2. Then place vane in jig 3. Hold jig on with your hand on the counter, using a finger to pry the arms apart to insert nock end of arrow. 4. Twist close & place cap. 5. With G5 Blu Glue I leave clamped for 90 second then remove.
