First Play Station, and I'm pretty satisfied
so far so good. I haven't played or used any play station anything before, so it's kinda weird to move from Xbox to play station (I feel like I'm learning how to use a controller again), but Im sooo happy with what I got. It works, came early, was nice, clean, functions perfectly, the only thing I'll mention, is that this ones case/outside looks different then I thought it would (pic doesn't show the side, but you can see its not their if you look hard enough) but it's not that deep, and I don't care. Games been playing. Smooth, all and all, this was a great bday gift to myself

Don’t waste your time!
If I could give a negative review I would, ordered this for a birthday present, it arrived on time but that was it, it was just wrapped in bubble wrap. Cords are new when you plug it in it just glitches a gray and black screen! Tried hooking it up to different tvs and the same thing hit a button goes completely black.

I bought this for my boyfriend, trying to save a little bit of money (brand new ps5’s are expensive). I was worried about issues that may come up based on the reviews I had read but went for it anyway!! I was comforted by some of the reviews saying the customer support team was quick to assist. It came in the mail 4 days early! Graphics quality is fantastic, we had no problems getting it connected to WiFi or getting his PlayStation account to connect!! He is a VERY happy customer! And I am extremely grateful that everything works the way it needs to!!
