The wrist support on this mouse mat slopes gently. The padded part is firm but with enough give to provide comfort and support. It relieves my wrist ache caused by using a mouse all day long. The mouse mat part was smaller than I expected but my mouse works well on it and I haven’t experienced any issues with running out of space. This mat has been a lifesaver for my wrist.
