Monitor Arm/Mount VESA Adapter Compatible with HP Pavilion 22M, 24M, 27M - Gladiator Joe - 100% Made in Canada

I ordered two of these brackets for a pair of HP 27M monitors I picked up recently. Wanted to use the monitors with an armature style stand and they lacked the standard VESA mounts. After a bit of searching, these appeared to be the only adapter style brackets I could find to fit my specific monitors. They were a bit pricier than most of the similar brackets for other styles of monitors, unfortunately. After I received them, I was impressed with their heft and sturdiness. Cleanly cut, heavy steel, nicely powder-coated, I had no doubt they will last "forever." This eased a bit of my reluctance at them costing about 50% more than similar type devices. I removed the pedestals that were original with the monitors and attempted to install the bracket. It just wouldn't fit. It was too tight. I compared it to the insert on the original stands and they seemed virtually identical in shape and size. Admittedly the original stands were a bit stiff to install as well. I persisted for a bit, but refused to damage my monitor with excessive pressure. I compared the original to the new ones again. This time I could see the scarring on the powder-coating of the new ones and had an aha moment. Taking a jeweler file I removed the powder coating from the edges of the tabs, front and back. (as well as probably a smidge of the steel) Trying the new bracket again, this time it slid very tightly into the receiver, the locking tab popping audibly into place. I repeated the procedure on the second bracket with the second monitor to the same success. The secureness was confidence building. These puppies were not going to just fall out. They felt perfect: tight, stable and locked in place.. The issue is simply they are cut to a perfect match... and then powder-coated, adding probably 1/32 of an inch or something to the thickness of the tabs. So, to anyone wanting to use these VESA adapter brackets for their M class HP monitors, I say go for it. They are great. Just be aware you will probably need a small metal file (or maybe even a cheap metal nail file would work) to actually install.

Fits monitor great and very sturdy! When I bought a set of monitors I was disappointed that they didn't come with VESA mounting. These resolved the issue with ease!

mount is great and sturdy, a little finicky to put in the computer slot but when its in its in and your monitor definitely isn't falling off.

I have designed and manufactured components and brackets similar to this in previous companies. These are laser cut, powder coated, and high quality adapter brackets and required hardware is perfect for the application. Anyone that complains about the price doesn't know MFG costs in the US and Canada. Thank you for a well designed and solid built product. It allowed me to mount 3 monitors in a gaming / streaming PC setup. 2 were the HP 24m monitors, the 3rd was a gaming monitor with standard VESA 100x100 mounting. Shipping time was quick as well. If you want to mount your HP monitor to standard VESA mounts of any kind, buy this...you won't be disappointed.

It seems unreasonable to price this item as high as it was and has been. its much more worth maybe 10-15 dollars. but because theres no one else making these they dont need to be competitive with prices. Im sure its a niche product, and i appreciate that it exists, but the price seems a bit too high.

Just what I needed! Easy to install, fits perfectly

HP 24m monitors are surprisingly hard to find mounts for. This one worked perfectly and even though it notes it is designed for VESA setups, it fit my non-VESA mount just fine. Only drawback is that it doesn't work with thumb screws so I had to find a wrench for the nut/bolt that came with it, but that was really a minor inconvenience for a well priced, solid product.

Mounted a VESA-Less HP monitor in seconds. Shame on me for not being more careful with the cut-rate, big-box-store HP displays. I'd get me one o' them robot plasma cutters, only I'm scared it might get loose and flame-broil the cat.

The product eventually worked, but at first it didn’t fit. I had to file down some of the metal as it was too big and would not fit in the monitor slot
