If people read the instructions on the product page, they’d see that you need to run these through a cold wash cycle and dry so they can reactivate. After washing tap cold through a quick wash cycle and running through the dryer on normal heat, they’re about an inch thick and super firm, cloudy memory foam. Absolutely worth the purchase, wonderful product.

Bought these in multiple sizes. Really like them. Nice and thick, lay flat and feel very comfortable on the feet. White is a pure bright white, as desired.

Comfortable to walk on, BUT, even though we washed it, there is still crease that shows down the middle of the rug due to the way it was folded and rolled. It has been many months, and doubt it will never go away.

The color was perfect and quality and absorbency was good. The thickness was less than I expected but I am pleased with my purchase.

I'm editing my original 1-star review, as I've changed my mind about this mat. While it did take a little while to get the creases out, putting it under some heavy boxes helped a lot. Now that we've been using it, it doesn't look like it was ever folded. (Added pic to show the difference) It's also comfortable underfoot, and has held up to bathroom use without damage. I'm planning to buy another!
