glyph ist eine hausmarke. leistung, qualitaet und zuverlaessigkeit ungeschlagen. erste wahl bei ssd und hdd extern fuer mich. auch wenn 1 euro teurer, sind alle produkte von glyph jeden cent wert.

I ordered this to store sensitive data and programs I did not want exposed to viruses or other malware. The drive is very solid, has lots of capacity, and is very fast. I would definitely buy again!

I returned two less expensive (Seagate) products because they were formatted for Windows and I saw no reason to hassle with Mac drivers. I was looking for an external hard disk to use as a Time Machine. It worked right out of the box. The only minor downside is that it's a bit noisy in my mostly SSD environment. Bottom line- if you are shopping for a iMac/Mac backup you'll be pleased.
