Would these stickers stick very well to the ceiling and glow?

As long as it's not a popcorn ceiling and there's no dust up there

will these show up against a black background when they aren't glowing? It may not be dark enough yet to glow, so cant use if they don't show up.

If do not glow, it just like a normal sticker

Its been about a week and still does not glow at night at all, is there something i need to do besides just applying to ceiling and exposing to light?

That’s so odd! Mine worked perfect! Are you using night lights in the bedroom? Mine glow pretty bright but if my kids have a bunch of lights on in the room, they won’t shine brightly because there is too much light.
