Excellent machine. Works reallywell, bluetooth to app is great.

I was sceptical about spending the money (£150 when i purchased, i have seen it since as low as £100) when basic blood pressure monitors are far less, mainly just to get the ecg feature, but it works well and i dont regret it. Doctors found that i have extra beats and while they figure out medication and doses they wanted me to keep and eye on everything at home, so i wanted to get something that could help me take accurate readings. I saw a review mentioning why does it ask for permission to use a microphone, my understanding is that it uses a microphone or multiple microphones in the unit to take the ecg readings. I also saw some reviews mention having trouble getting it to take readings cleanly, from my experiences with it you cannot move at all while it takes the reading, as long as you stay completely still it works well. Its nice being able to keep track of everything on your phone and generate reports showing averages, graphs. Being able to go back and review the ecgs and blood pressure readings. One thing i would like to see is an on/off switch on the unit, aswell as the start/stop button, as i found that if i was on the ecg reading screen on my phone and touched the metal pads on the machine (which if the machine was on would start the reading) even with it "off" ie. The display is off, it would start to take the reading so it must stay connected to the phone by bluetooth even when it appears to be off. So i have been taking the batteries out between uses so that it dosnt drain the batteries. I wasnt overly happy that i would have to pay for premium to use the ecg feature (you get 1 year free included anyway) £9.99 a month or around £55 i think it was if paid in one go, but then i found out that, taking blood pressure readings, ecg readings, exceeding a certain amount of daily steps (measured by your phone or smart watch) keeping track of medication intake and other things earns you points in the app (for most its 300 points per reading, you get 1000 for generating a monthly report, 1000 for creating your account and 10,000 for going premium which is free for the first year) and when you hit 50,000 points you get a £5 gift card that can be used in many places (amazon, argos, supermarkets ect) i redeemed £5 on 7th of February and i only ordered the unit on the 7th of January, and im not using it every day. Less than 2 weeks on from then and i have another 26,000 points, only 24,000 away from another £5 voucher so in my eyes the premium will pay for itself as long as i keep it up and if the rewards stay the same.

Does exactly what it says very easy to use and record your results in the app

The blood pressure monitor until now has worked as it should, but the app and support is not so good. It took several emails and telephone calls to Omron to get access to the Free 1 year premium membership, I had to send them proof of purchase, screen shots from my iPhone to prove that I Did Not have access, went through countless cycles of deleting the app and emptying cache's, following their instructions until they finally believed that I did not have access to the 1 year premium subscription. All in all it took 3 weeks to gain access to the app. The app itself is not great, After giving the app permission for face recognition, every time I open the app I have to fill out my email address and password, now 6 weeks using the App it doesn't recognise my email or password. clicked the link to reset my password and I'm told an email has been sent. Hours later and still no email, I suppose I'll have to phone again and go. through the rigmarole of getting passed from one department to another. My blood pressure is higher now that before I got the machine with all the Stress.

It's the same as the pros use so...

Machine is not performing ecg on touching sensors. I have to press + and then press ecg sign. It is inconvenient. It is also not performing during bp check even touching the sensors. BP not syncing properly in omron connect. Omroan premium offer not included in the box. Shameful.

Je suis passé vers un tensiomètre plus élaboré que le tensio-poignet que j'utilisais avant. Celui-ci est beaucoup plus sérieux et validé, très facile à utiliser; il faut juste lire entièrement le mode d'emploi (multilingue) et c'est ensuite très facile à utiliser. J'ai pris l'abonnement d'essai gratuit-connect en ligne, 1 an pour l'évaluer c'est très correct. PAs certain que je confirmerai après un an car, pour 9,9 €/mois, car il ne propose rien que l'appareil ne fasse déjà (PA + ECG), mais le supplément apporté est surtout au niveau de la compliance (rappel des prises quotidiennes) et il offre une analyse basique des résultats, ce dont je n'ai pas vraiment besoin car l'application Omron Connect donne déjà un diagnostic simplifié (style: pression artérielle normale, ou hypertension stade 1, 2, 3, etc - ainsi que ECG normal, ou :arythmie ou bradycardie ou fibrillation détectée). Si je ne me trompe pas, ceci est offert d'office avec l'appareil et l'application, simplement à ce moment (sans abonnement) l'app n'est pas connectée. en tout cas, fonctionnement impeccable, je recommande.
