My lips are so chapped there is red underneath them ?

I found the cortibalm really cleared up my extremely chapped lips within a few days. I use it once a day now in evening and lips staying healthy

I do not know the answer to that. I was told to buy it by a dermatologist to help my peeling, cracking lower lip. I does help that condition. I intend to use it because is helps.
