Update: I have been purchasing from this company for over a year, and I love their products - they are always fresh, have an excellent, authentic taste, and consistently maintain high quality control. They have a fantastic rewards program, which I take advantage of, and often have sales and promotions. I usually buy a bag or two of biltong, but the Chili Stix are addictive and I need to have them on hand at all times. Born and raised in South Africa, I miss many things, one of which is biltong. I fell in love with Chili Bite Stix when visiting my brother in Australia, and would stop by his local SA butcher. Even though I still buy cut Biltong and Droewors, my favorite is the Stix. I was so happy to find them on Amazon, and they did not disappoint. The Chilli Bites made and sold by Carnivore are fresh and incredibly flavorful, the only issue I have is once I open a bag I can't stop eating them so having 3 x 2 oz bags is great for self-control and helps me from devouring them too quickly. Awesome, delicious snack!!

Overpriced but not bad
This is a decent product, although not entirely the same as the original from South Africa/Namibia. Close enough though. The price however is way too high for what it is. It was an impulse purchase, but I’m not buying it again.

Great taste and texture
I really enjoy the taste and texture of these. My only wish is that they were priced more similar to their other products. The cost per ounce is higher than their other similar products.

LOVE THEM!!!
So after buying consecutive packets from the day l started purchasing l can honestly say l love this product. I will be honest, it is not all the way like biltong, it has a bit of a beef Jerky taste but l love it all the same. I have been buying it so much l have become a regular. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
