Beautifully packed
I was impressed with the way these were packaged for shipping. The company has bespoke holders for their specimen jars that keep the jars snuggly in place and separated from the other jars. When they arrive, just remove the jars from the box and follow the directions to ensure each specimen has sufficient oxygen.

Carolina pond sample
I liked this sample of pond water. There were Daphnea, hydra, and planetia, string algea, and other alde, visable without a microscope. The food quality for my invertabrates aquarium is excellent. The function is as described.

Great assortment of protists
I ordered this for biology class to augment prepared slides in a lab. The assortment of organisms in the jar included green algae like Spirogyra, Volvox, Chlorella, and Cosmarium, and various protozoans like Euglena, Paramecium, Stentor, and rotifers of some kind. There were others I was not able to identify, too. The kids really enjoyed observing them on concave slides under the microscope. Well worth it!
