I'll start with a couple of points from reading previous reviews .This product is for pain relief and comfort and is designed to be used whilst laying on your back. So pointless complaining it's uncomfortable to use it whilst sleeping on your side. Also , yes, it is smaller than advertised when you open the package , BUT if you leave it for a while (as in instructions) it will revert to normal size. It is firm but not to firm and is comfortable.The reason I bought it was I needed something to elevate legs after hip surgery and eleviate swelling. I am tall and found that if you push the pillow forward so your heels are just on the edge it's more comfortable. This left a gap between back of thighs and slope which I filled with a cushion. So for a tall person it could do with being a bit longer but easily solved with the extra cusion. Was it comfortable ? Yes. Did it alleviate swelling ? Yes. I'm a side sleeper but got used to sleeping on my back. I wish I had found this when I had my first hip operation.

Bought this for my pregnant wife, who works as a nurse, and she absolutely loves it. It really helps with circulation in her legs and is especially useful after long shifts on her feet.The only downside she mentioned is that it tends to get dirty quite quickly, so it may need regular cleaning.Overall, a very practical and thoughtful product that works really well—highly recommended.

Not going to lie; when it arrived all shrivelled inside the packaging I was expecting it to be soft and not really fit-for-purpose. How wrong I was. I left if for several hours to puff itself up - it had been vacuum packed with the air sucked out - and I was suitable impressed with how high it has risen and how large it is.I work in a job where I'm on my feet for 10 hours (and more) each day so like to raise my legs when I get into bed to give them a bit of relief and get the blood flowing again. Again, expecting it to sink a bit when I first popped my feet on I was mightily pleasantly surprised when it didn't dip at all. In fact I've been using it every night for over 2 months now and it is still as solid as the first night I used it. Thankfully solid doesn't mean hard; it's firm but not like rock, is the perfect height and I love that is has the two levels of rise so you can tuck it right up to you before popping your legs on.It's helped with the back issue I was having too. Definitely worth investing in.

I love this cushion. I broke my ankle at the beginning of December and had surgery on it on Christmas Eve. I managed ok with a couple of cushions for a while but they kept slipping off each other. This cushion has been a game changer. It’s soft to the touch whilst also being very supportive. It is wide enough for both legs should you feel inclined, and is light enough that I can move it around on the bed easily with my good leg, It’s breathable, doesn’t get hot and has a removable, washable cover. What’s not to like?

There would be five if it wasn't for the cover. It seems to be quite nice, but after washing it you have to fight hard to put it on the pillow because it is incredibly tight.The first time I put it on for ten minutes cursing the designer, then I had to take a shower because I was sweaty.The pillow is also quite narrow, which is a problem for less people, because although I sleep on my back, I fall asleep on my side so my legs do not fit well on the pillow.It does its job and reduced the swelling of my poor legs, but when I buy a new one in the future, I will look for something else.

Very good but bigger than I expected

10 out of 10!This leg rest pillow has made such a difference and is really aiding my recovery.I had surgery on a broken ankle and need to keep it elevated. Normal bed pillows didn't give enough height and slipped around, and were surprisingly very uncomfortable. Having had very mi imal sleep for 10 days I was desperate for something more comfortable and found this item.Product arrived quickly, is as described and has been an absolute godsend.It allows for one or both legs to be elevated at the required height to aid recovery, it's nonslip and its comfortable.I would recomend this product to anyone in a similar situation.

I broke my ankle May 1st and had surgery the following day. As soon as I was released from the hospital the orders were to elevate. "Toes above the heart" was the mantra. So I spent many hours at home in a recliner (because I couldn't get a wheelchair through our bedroom door) with two sofa pillows under my lower leg. It worked mostly but when I moved they'd shift and never really felt stable.Finally, after three months I was allowed to put weight on my foot which meant I could use a walker to get through the bedroom door and sleep in my bed again! I was stoked but immediately realized I needed a leg pillow because the stack of bed pillows on a soft foam mattress was just way too "wobbly" feeling to allow me to sleep comfortably.In comes the Zen Bamboo wedge pillow. All I can say is I'm kicking myself for not buying it sooner.The pillow comes tightly vacuum packed but takes most of it's shape in just a few minutes. It was delivered around 2 pm and was ready to sleep on that evening. I will say that it seemed taller the second day so it may take a good full day to completely decompress.The height is perfect. I'm 5'5" and was actually a little worried that the height might be too much but once I wiggled into the correct position it was instantly a relief on my aching foot and ankle and I fell asleep in minutes.But the best part.. It doesn't MOVE! There's no worry about stacks of pillows wobblying around, falling over, squishing down flat or leaving gaps in the support needed. Its a complete, solid, yet soft wedge that gives you support for your knees and feet without having part of your leg just hanging in mid air and since it's a solid piece of foam it's not going to come part when you move.If you have had, or are planning on having, any type of foot, knee or ankle surgery I'd highly recommend just going ahead and buying one of these. Yeah, you may be able to get by with stacking pillows but this will save you a ton of frustration and I can see myself using this long term.

Hab es für meine 93 Jahre alte Schwiegermutter gekauft.Sie findet es super toll.Am liebsten würde Sie den ganzen Tag ihre Füsse hochlagern.Es ist weich und schmiegt sich sehr angenehm an.Daher 5 Sterne.Ich werde es nochmal kaufen für meine Frau.

Hace su función perfectamente, no se deforma con el peso de las piernas durante toda la noche, no llega a ser muy dura tampoco,manteniendo una postura obtima para una recuperación en la que se necesite tener la pierna elevada .Tamaño adecuado para que quepa toda la pierna yo mido 1,73 y le he tenido que añadir un cogin pero porque me resulta más cómodo tener toda la pierna apoyada hasta la parte del culete. Muy bien por la funda para mejor higiene.En definitiva para una elevada posición de la o las piernas en una recuperación de una operación es muy acertada esta opción. Aunque al princio dude por el precio y barajaba otras obciones más baratas, como algo hinchable o menos costoso gracias a las opiniones me decidí por esta y no me arrepiento. La volvería a comprar. Espero que te sirva mi opinión desinteresada y te recuperes pronto!
