What are the differences betwwen medium and large? Can you provide capasity for the tank and the teapod?

I never measured for tank capacity. but I serve 7-8 people without any problems.

Does it come with everything in the picture?

Yes. The cup is a little larger than a standard Turkish tea glass, and I can't drink tea out of it because the rim gets too hot, instantly.
