It works
I have chronic pain but I can't take aspirin anymore. After years of taking knockoff Excedrin, I had to give it up, but I still needed that little extra caffeine in my OTC pain med so I don't nod-off at my desk in the afternoon. This acetaminophen-caffeine compound does the trick. (The only con is the red dye that coats it.)
