I have been looking for a 10 x 20 pergola for 6 months. My space was limited so I didn’t want something over powering the area. I Wanted low maintenance, sturdy, louvers and able to add sunscreens. I found it with the Sorara Mirador. It was perfect. Checked off every box. Installation with 1 person took about 1 day. I then ordered a privacy screen. The screen had a manufacture defect. I notified the company who asked for photos. In less than a week the company sent out a totally new screen. They were prompt. I didn’t have any issues with getting a new screen. New screen is up and working great. To be honest I was afraid I was going to have an issue with the company. These screens are expensive and high quality. The customer service I received from Sorara was a 10 and the product is a 10. I’ve had many complements on this pergola and screen. Definitely without a doubt I would refer this company to anyone.

Definitely blocks out the direct sunlight… Not the easiest to install as directions aren’t the most descriptive BUT it’s worth the purchase. We’re enjoying our hot tub without the directly sunlight beaming from the side angle.

We were skeptical about the cost of this screen panel but when we received it we understood the value. The screen is custom designed to fit the Mirador Pergola. The cassette headrail itself is 4x4 and the side rails are almost 2x2 aluminum channels. The bottom rail even has a rubber strip just like a garage door. Very well designed. The fabric screen raises and lowers super easy but make sure you install it level and also make sure the pergola uprights are also vertically level. The fabric also seems very sturdy and blocks about 50% of the view. We plan to order more panels to completely wrap our pergola and make it more insect proof when the pergola top is closed..
