I switched from a traditional "big brand" alarm company to the Ring Alarm Pack M, and I’m already saving a fortune. The hardware itself is robust, and the 24-hour battery backup on the base station gives me real peace of mind during power cuts. Cheap Professional Monitoring: If you do want a pro-call center, the Ring Home subscription is significantly cheaper than competitors and includes cellular backup. The siren is incredibly loud (104dB), and the app is very intuitive. It’s a rock-solid system that feels premium. You can connect it to your home wifi and use ring app when needed.

We got this alongside the Ring Doorbell and the whole system works together seamlessly. The pack comes with the base station, keypad, contact sensor and motion detector which was enough to get us started covering the front door and hallway. Setup through the Ring app was painless, each component pairs quickly and the app walks you through placement suggestions. The keypad has a nice backlit display and the code entry is responsive with no lag. We've set it so it arms automatically when we leave the house using geofencing on our phones which is really convenient. The contact sensors on the doors are small and discreet, you barely notice them. The motion sensor covers our hallway well and hasn't given us any false alarms from the cat which was a concern. The siren on the base station is loud enough to be heard from outside the house which is reassuring. What really ties it together is the integration with the Ring Doorbell and Alexa, we can arm and disarm with voice commands and get alerts on the Echo Show. We haven't gone for the professional monitoring subscription as the self monitoring works fine for us. The battery backup on the base station is a nice touch too in case of power cuts. Really happy with how secure the house feels now.

So easy to set up.

It's performance is perfect, motion detection works well, the size is nice and small but not to small and it connects perfectly. But only bad point you need to buy a yearly subscription on top of buying the unit it's self.

After installing this in my own home I bought another one to replace the old alarm in my parents house. Setting these systems up is a breeze and it’s so much easier for my mum to use and maintain via the app. It performs just like a wired alarm system, motion detection is instantaneous, battery life is great and the new upgraded system is smaller and less obtrusive in the home.

Glad I purchased this ring alarm I now have the siren too and other devices and it was all so easy to install and activate and if you are thinking of buying a house alarm then I would say this is the best one to go for as you won’t be disappointed but would recommend buying the siren too and see other devices that you could link with these as it’s all for your safety

Solution de protection complète et simple à installer. Le prix est très compétitif comparé au propositions concurrentes. Ce kit peut être complété au fil du temps avec la gamme ring. Pour ma part, j’ai acquis ensuite un deuxième détecteur de présence, deux caméras extérieures et deux batteries autonomes pour caméra. Au final, j’ai un système de protection très complet pour un coût aux alentours de 500€.
