Worked great all summer. Easy to install

Excellent product...I haven't done anything to my my pool but clean It a few times, and the water is sparkling clear. Also you can open your eyes under water as the type of chlorine it produces is nearly as harsh as the tablets. Over all its expensive, but with the cost of pool chemicals m, it will pay for itself in a year. When I say I haven't had to do any chemical maintenance, I mean none...the water got low and I added another bag of salt..7 dollars...I love my pool again

Unit has not ever worked properly from the start. Sent 2 inquiries to the seller about getting a replacement with no response back. Even contacted the manufacturer support line, had a phone consult with them and followed all their instructions with no success. Salt cell needs replaced but now I'm stuck with a non working unit due to no response /support from the seller. Would NOT recommend purchasing from them.

As described, easy to install. Salt generator had an issue so we contacted Circupool and they sent us a new one. Working great now. So much easier to deal with than a chlorine pool!

After trying to save some money and buying just the cell from a non-Amazon dealer (Salt Pool Store), not reading the fine print and loosing a bunch of money I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this system to replace a 2.5 yr old Hayward. Took me about an hour and half to install and working well. Like the warranty.

They made it right!!! I had some issues with the system I ordered. I finally got through to a gentleman at CorcuPool who was fantastic! He walked me through everything step by step and took care of the issues perfectly! I will continue being a customer because of the service I received!!!

I finally did it! I switched from chlorine to salt. Best move I ever made. This unit may be more costly upfront, but it will easily pay for itself in under (3) years. Salt costs far less that chlorine tablets. The unit started working almost immediately and has continued maintain a perfect pool. All of my chemicals levels have been in their proper ranges. SO glad I finally bought this unit. Update 07/30/25: This unit has been fantastic. It continues to make our 12' x 24' Crestwood wooden pool an absolute joy to swim in and maintain.

The unit worked great after installation. But after 3 months it developed what seems to be a bad connection in the electronics, and stopped working. If I whack the side of the box, all the lights will come on for less than 1 second, then go out again. We will see if customer service can handle this in a timely manner.
