The sugru I received today, 13.March 2025, has an expiry date in April 2025. I think this is very bad of Sugru/Amazon to send me OLD sugru that must be used in ONE month! Super bad service.

I love Sugru. I have been using it for years. Great to fix cable plugs, fill-in holes, etc.

Je m'en suis servi pour réparer mon câble de recharge de mon mobile dont la gaine était usée, un peu coupée. Je n'ai utilisé que la moitié d'une petite tablette, largement suffisant. Il faut bien lui donner la forme que l'on souhaite, ici une bande très aplatie que j'ai enroulée autour du câble, ensuite je l'ai travaillée aux doigts pour lui donner la forme souhaitée autour de la zone endommagée. Très malléable, ressemble à du silicone en pâte, il faut bien laisser sécher la pâte pour qu'elle durcisse. Mon essai est concluant, la réparation est résistante.
