Skeptical purchase....then pleasantly surprised!
Out of the box, it worked and looked good. Tested every line on each snake, all of them worked. Fit in my rack just fine. I will update at a future point, once it's been gigged. Fingers crossed!

16 channel split snake with 15' and 30' cables
Good build quality. Sturdy with nice plugs soft flexible cables and nice ends. The labels make it easy to hook up. No loss in sound quality.

Five Stars and a rave review - EXCEPT for one glaring problem...
I love the value and functionality. It is a quality build with excellent quality components. Everything functions flawlessly, there's no introduced noise or signal drop. The connectors and cable are first rate, labeled clearly and put together right. For these reasons this item would get five stars and a rave review by me. However, Everyone having anything to do with audio, computers or video knows that a standard equipment rack is exactly 19" in overall width - Except the person who designed the front plate of this unit. Mine came in at 19-1/4" making it too wide to fit in my equipment rack. Masking it off, grinding 1/8" on either side, and painting the ends was a quick 40 minute project - that I shouldn't have had to do at all! If it's the designer's fault he needs to be fired. If it's the manufacturer, the piece needs to be rejected. Either way, this never should have made it to a customers hands. Aside from asking the company if this problem has been rectified before buying, I would absolutely recommend saving some money and buying this piece for the same or better functionality of name-brand units costing 3-4 times what this one does. I'll totally buy from Seismic Audio again though, and will update this review if I hear this issue has been corrected for the future.

Great passive splitter!
This splitter is a great value and works perfectly. The only negative is that the rack mount holes don’t line up. It was an easy fix and I plan on ordering another.

High Quality for the price range
Well, I just got this and have not had the chance to use it yet. It seems super well-built. I prefer this system because you don't need to cable everything on both ends. Snakes are fixed to the unit, and thereadditional cables. Looking forward to using it and seeing how it behaves. I mounted it on a gator shallow 2U case rack, snakes fit inside as well, so it is a perfect match.

Great splitter with great price
I bought this splitter for my bands monitor rig. Since I couldn't find anything like this from Europe and using normal XLR splitters and own cables would still have been more expensive than this. Plus a lot more messier. Everything is labeled and color coded so it's easy to ready what is what. Only thing I would have liked that the other feed was a lot shorter. But in the end I managed to fit both ends to 12U rack case. Amazon even paid my taxes so only thing I had to do was accept the home delivery.

I have bought a number of different Snakes and cabling from Seismic and they have proven to be solid and well put together. The soldering points all seem to be reliable and you CANNOT find this price anywhere else... I've used there snakes both for live and studio work and I, so far (after 2 years), havnt had any problems other than one balanced 1/4" jack that I had to re-screw in because it came loose (easy fix). I do take fairly good care of my gear tho so maybe that's why they are still in great condition. But I would say I moderately bash them around at gigs and such. The only thing I can suggest if you know you are going to abuse the gear a bit is try to be careful with the little metal release clips on the XLR jacks. I have seen them break off fairly easy with a friend of mines snake but I think that's kind of a universal problem with that design.

I I tried the 24 first channels and the channel #20 was out of phase, meaning the wires were welded on the wrong pins. I will repair it myself because however it has this defect, everything else about it is very good.
