Trata los alimentos mas comunes y tiene un montonal de recetas muy buenas y fáciles de hacer. tiene muy buenos tips al inicio y explica terminologia relacionada a la deshidratacion de alimentos. Si lo recomiendo

Mostly useful. Many recipe, actually it takes more pages than dehydration.

This book is a fantastic refrence! Not only on how to dehydrate damn near anything, but also ways to use the dehydrated items in cooking. This is my second time getting this book. The first copy, sady, vanished in a move :(. Before this I had been using it for about a year and it was great. Thanks for introducing me to dehydrated portabelo mushrooms, the most amazing pizza topping I didn't know I needed in my life :)

O livro é muito bom, cheio de informações úteis e as receitas são facilimas de fazer. Para quem tem um desidratador em casa e quer se aprimorar nessa técnica eu achei excelente.
