Please advise exact size of this helmet.

It is far smaller than the 50-54 cm it says in the description. I measured my son's head at 52 cm (3.5 yo), and it doesn't fit him at all (purchased child size)

Is the inside adjustable to enable a perfect fit?

No. The straps on the outside are the only adjustable ones.

We missed placed our sons other helmet so we got this one. He loves the design but it’s almost a little too small. He will be 4 in a few days and is considered small compared to his peers. Don’t get me wrong it fits but it’s way tighter than our last one.
