Purchased to replace the shower head in my new apartment which was basically like showering under a low pressure garden hose. This was very inexpensive, was super easy to install, and it absolutely worked to increase the flow/pressure of the water coming out greatly improving my showers. I did remove the flow restrictor inside the unit. Very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend. Head fully rotates and is smooth and excellent.

I just recently moved into a new condo and was in the market for, among many other things, a new shower head. I tried out the existing shower head at the new place just to check the water pressure which I thought was decent. I was ready to spend up to $30 for a shower head I mainly wanted just to be powerful and high pressure. I wasn't looking for anything extravagant, and I certainly didn't want a cheap, low budget one; I guess I wanted my porridge just right on this one because I was excited for my new place. I had a good set up at my last place, but the shower head was an older style and was very worn, so I opted to by a new one. I shopped around at the local big box stores (i.e., Lowes, Home Depot, Orchard Supply Hardware, Walmart, etc), thinking surely they would have an abundance of shower heads to choose from. I found A LOT of extravagence and more low budget than I thought I'd encounter, but nothing really in the middle like I was looking for, and nothing that really gave me confidence that I would get the high pressure/power I wanted. I ended up settling for a $25 shower head from one of the stores. I got it home and installed it and to my surprise the pressure was very low. I even tried taking out the flow restrictor and it made little difference. I was scared at this point that it had everything to do with the water pressure of the new place I'd moved into, which was extremely frustrating to me because an efficient shower routine is an important part of my life. I simply don't have time for slow water. The reason I was hesitant to purchase a shower head online is because I didn't want to wait for the shipping and really didn't want it not to work out and have to ship it back. Not to be deterred at this point, I turned to Amazon and stuck with four solid search terms "high pressure shower head." One of the first options displayed, and honestly the one that caught my eye the most was the Aqua Elegante 3 Inch High Pressure Shower Head. I clicked on it because it was really everything I was looking for, it appeared to be a simple, low tech shower head for about $20.00 that promised powerful high pressure. I was convinced at that point to buy it and try it, and then i noticed it had 544 customer reviews, with a 5 star rating displayed. This intrigued me further. I began reading the reviews and was overjoyed to read how, among other features of this shower head, people were raving about how high pressure and powerful it was. I bought it in that same sitting, and am so glad I did. This is truly the best shower head I have ever owned. I've owned it for about 5 days now and have had 5 of the best showers of my life. One of the reviews I read stated that the shower head is so powerful, it cut their shower time in half. It's true, and my shower routine has never been more efficient thanks to my new shower head. If you're thinking that you have low water pressure at your place, this shower head will most assuredly cure that. The shower head even come with teflon sealant tape for the pipe, which I thought was a classy touch. These sellers really have it together and they are at the top of my buy from list. We bought the Aqua Elegante 3 Inch High Pressure Shower Head to replace our old shower head after several of the nozzles clogged and the water stream became uneven. Installation took less than 5 minutes and was incredibly straightforward. The water pressure difference was noticeable immediately. The spray feels strong and consistent without being harsh, and it completely solved the uneven stream issue we were dealing with before. My only small complaint is that the chrome finish doesn’t perfectly match our existing bathroom hardware. It’s close, but not identical. That said, it’s not noticeable enough to bother me given how well it performs. I also appreciated that they included plumber’s tape in the box to help create a tight seal during installation. It’s a small detail, but thoughtful and convenient. Overall, this is a great option if you’re looking for an affordable, easy-to-install shower head that genuinely improves water pressure. After a week of daily use, I’m very happy with the upgrade.

Agree with many previous comments. Good shower head at a fair price. Water pressure is good+. If you remove the o-ring this does appreciably increase the water flow. That said, it does develop that "pin prick" sensation as a result. And it tends to create enough heated air that a regular plastic liner puffs up and keeps hitting you when trying to lather. So depends on kind of shower setup you have. As for the water drip after turning off the shower that is verified for sure. Removing the o-ring dramatically decreases this though. Easy enough to remove and replace the o-ring so a user can play with it to one's satisfaction.

I got the gold color and I love the simplicity of this shower head. I did have to take out the water pressure regulator to make the pressure perfect. Leaving it in just didn't give me the power I prefer in a shower. Easy to remove and easy to install. Plus, it swivels around so you can adjust where you want your water to go. For the money I am truly surprised by the quality! If you want to have better pressure without all the complications and cost that other companies have, then this is the one!

Having just received this item as a replacement I installed it with consummate ease within less than I minute, I really did appreciate the free issue of plumbers tape which I also used, a nice gesture. My system benefits from a direct water feed and therefore have really good pressure and having tested the fit I am well satisfied with this nice bit of kit which does the job perfectly and really good value for money. However I noticed that many other comments on this item referred to the need to remove the water control mechanism and was looking forward to see how, if at all, it made any difference to my shower experience but contrary there were no instructions how to do this, despite the many comments they were easy to understand. Can anyone help?
