This binding machine is perfect for all kinds of comb binding and hole punching needs. It is solidly built of quality materials and looks professional. The hole punching is completed by putting papers into a slit in the top and pulling the large lever to punch. Or can punch either two or four holes very easily in batches up to 25 sheets. The stapler is less exciting. It is not a large arm stapler useful for stapling thicker booklets, but just takes standard staples. It does what it is intended to do well and has an adjuster to space the stapler further or closer to the page edge. The main comb binder though is excellent. It is well built for quick binding. The manual is terrible, just basic images to save bothering to provide English or international language instructions. I couldn’t work it out so resorted to YouTube you help. You basically drop the comb behind the metal probes making sure the opening edge odd upwards. You pull the small lever open and it opens up the comb ready for paper. You punch the paper and covers by dropping in the slot behind the prongs and pulling the big lever to punch. You do need to make sure the papers are properly in the slot as if you miss punch then they are ruined. It takes about twenty five pages at a time. I had no idea what the prongs were for and why so tall, but think it is so you can slot your papers onto it in batches to collate the whole booklet ready to bind. You then lift off the papers and slot them on to the comb, move the little lever back and the job is done. Comb binding is not the fastest but you do speed up with practice. Very useful good quality binding machine. Comes with some staples but no combs, so you need to buy those separately. The booklet in the video was shorter than A4 which is why the comb over hangs a bit but can be easily trimmed. It does have a specific A5 adjustment lever.

I am probably not using this as designed because i am a small self employed business owner. I set this up and have been using it to bind my contracts and assessments to give them to clients, i have also used it to bind all client notes together by year to make it easier for auditing and such like. I found the machine easy to set up, i did read the manual a few times, but once you have done it once its very easy to use. Please be aware that this is A4 only. You can buy replacement combs very cheaply, you can use up to 38mm combs but it should be noted that no combs are included in the box, at least there werent in mine anyway. You do get 1000 staples to get you started though. You need different comb sizes depending on the amount of sheets you will be using. For example for 0-20 sheets you need 6mm combs. For 21-40 sheets you need 8mm combs. There is a handy guide in the manual so you always know which size to buy. You can buy 100 6mm combs for about £6 so they are not expensive. The hole punch will punch 30 sheets at a time and the stapler also 30 sheets. For a small home based or office business this is ideal. I am really impressed by it in a lot of ways. I am able to put together document packets for my clients that not only are of benefit to them, but also make me look more professional. You can buy a pack of 100 covers for about £18. Only negative is the cost. At £235, it isnt cheap.

It does everything it's supposed to do, easily and effectively. Having watched various videos online and read many reviews I concluded that this was the best binding machine for my needs.Very pleased with it so far. This machine has replaced a cheaper binder by another manufacturer. The previous machine was slow and awkward to use. Limited punching, 3 or 4 sheets at a time and often resulted in wasted pages due to hole punching errors. It is a much more solid machine that seems built to last. It punches holes almost effortlessly and makes it easy to fit the plastic combs. After using the Fellowes Binding Machine I think that buying the cheaper machine was a false economy. Best to buy quality once. Cheaper options always seem to fail when you least need it. Just what I needed a reliable binder that if need be I can use daily. The Quality is very good strong enough to last me a very long time

I've been using the Fellowes binding machine for over three weeks now and it is a must-have for any kind of school office. The binding machine allows me to consolidate all my loose documents into one organized binder, which makes accessing all my research so much easier! It is so easy to use .The mechanism is straightforward and the design makes it perfect for home office use. The three-in-one binding centre is also perfect as I no longer need to carry around multiple machines with me when I go to the office, saving me space. It also has a built-in staple, which saves me so much time, and the holes on the binding are just perfect for my needs.

Grace à cette machine, j'ai réussi à préparer mes dossiers très rapidement et facilement. La qualité de cette perforelieur Lyra est au rendez vous de part ces matériaux et sa solidité. - La fonction agrafeuse intégré est très pratique grâce à son manche en métal (Nous pouvons appuyer sur une pile de 20 pages sans risque d'endommager l'agrafeuse). - La fonction perforation des feuilles est très précise. Celle ci perfore correctement les documents sans défaut. Elle comprend également un grille de cadrage permettant de mesurer les feuilles. - La fonction relieur est pratique cependant il n'y a pas à disposition de reliure spirale pour attacher les documents. (Donc à acheter à part) Je pense que cette machine ne se démodera pas à long terme et je pense sincèrement que c'est un bon investissement dans le cadre du télétravail. Je viens de recevoir le Followes Perforelieur Lyra 3 en 1 : relie, agrafe, perfore. La machine est arrivée très rapidement, très soigneusement emballée et de qualité professionnelle. Pour en avoir une sur mon lieu de travail, je trouve cette machine super pratique, pas besoin d’acheter des classeurs, des pochettes…pour ranger ses documents, il suffit de les regrouper et de créer des livres reliés. Personnellement je l’utilise pour tout type de documents même des fiches de paie. C’est propre, net, pas de risque de perte ou de détérioration. La machine créer 21 trous sur le flanc de la feuilles et peut perforer jusqu’à 20 feuilles en même temps. Le tout peut être relié avec des anneaux pouvant accueillir jusqu’à maximum 300 feuilles. Il est également possible d’agrafer des documents, jusqu’à 30 en même temps donc très pratique également. Un gain de temps assuré pour simplifier le classement de divers documents et une facilité d’utilisation pour cette machine tout en un. Dans le colis se trouve : - 1 perforelieur 3 en 1 - 1 pack de 1000 agrafes - 1 manuel de fonctionnement Je regrette cependant qu’il n’y ait pas d’anneaux plastiques pour pouvoir l’utiliser dès la première ouverture mais sinon c’est une machine digne des professionnelles, robuste et élégante en plus. Réalisant énormément de dossiers, j'étais en recherche active pour trouver une machine le permettant de faire ; relieuse, agrafeuse, et perforeuse. J'ai donc opté pour cette machine de la marque fellowes car elle faisait tout ce que je recherche. La machine est très design et super jolie. Dans un bureau ou une salle de réunion sa passe bien. Ça ne fait pas la grosse machine toute moche ! Bien au contraire ça fait moderne ! Pour ce qui est des caractéristiques de la machine avec ses fonctions, vous pourrez : - relier jusqu'à 300 feuilles - perforer jusqu'à 20 feuilles - agrafer jusqu'à 30 feuilles Un dossier ne fait rarement plus de 100 pages. Avec cette machine, on va donc très vite ... En tout cas, personnellement, j'en suis très contente, c'est un gain de temps fabuleux. Auparavant, j'avais 3 machines pour faire ce que cette machine fait et c'étaient des anciennes machines, j'y passais un temps fou... La guide d'utilisation est très explicite et bien fait. Il est à noter que cette machine vient avec un pack de 1000 agrafes pour l'agrafeuse. Concernant le poids de la machine, il est de 6,90 kg, ce n'est pas des plus légères, mais il est à noter que c'est une machine 3 en 1 elle remplace donc 3 machines donc vues comme ça, c'est tout de suite correct ! La machine a également une garantie de 2 ans. Satisfait de cette machine qui révolutionne mon quotidien !
