These electrolyte tablets have been fantastic. I first bought them when I became quite dehydrated after working out too much and not drinking enough water, and they helped me rehydrate and feel much better over the following few days. Since then, I've been using them regularly, especially after intense workouts or during hot weather, and they really help me feel refreshed and rehydrated. The berry and strawberry and kiwi flavours are my favourites, they taste great, dissolve quickly, and don't have the artificial or unpleasant taste that some electrolyte drinks do. I like serving them in very cold water, sometimes with ice and fresh mint, which makes them even more refreshing. I'm really impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these tablets and will definitely continue buying them. Highly recommended.

I started buying these to use around workouts, and they've become something I take with me to the gym every time now. The flavour is really nice. I usually drink it on its own, but I've also mixed it with a little squash before and it works well either way. It's much easier to get through a bottle of water when it actually tastes good. I've found it particularly helpful during longer or more intense sessions. Since I started using it regularly, I seem to get fewer muscle cramps, and I also feel like my muscles recover a bit better afterwards. Obviously there are lots of factors that affect recovery, but I've noticed enough of a difference that I now make a point of taking one with me whenever I train. Overall, it's become one of those things that I don't really think twice about buying anymore because it's worked well for me. It tastes good, dissolves quickly, and fits easily into my gym routine.

The tube is small, easy to carry, and the tablets dissolve without making a mess. The blackcurrant flavour is pleasant, and because they are sugar free they are a good option when you want something more useful than plain water without turning it into a sweet drink. It is the convenience that makes them worth buying. My tip would be to keep a tube in a gym bag, work bag or car, and drop one into a bottle before you actually need it. Handy, simple and practical. How did I not come across these sooner. I walk 5 days a week for my job & find on many nights that my calf muscles ache & I need to massage the knots out. By taking these I practically eliminate that need. I have even found that half a tablet is enough to take the ache away before it even arises. I always fill the glass with water and chuck in the tablet after (not tried it the other way, but it is suggested to put in last anyway). Easy as. It fizzes and dissolves quickly. As long as you leave it til it clears to a settled look it's fine to drink. I find it a really decent flavour. In fact, it's probably better than the cordials I have as they are always way too strong anyway (what's with everything being quadruple strength now!?). They are ridiculously good value for money too. I don't think I could get cheaper in a shop!
