Artikel ist beschädigt angekommen
Habe zwei Stück bestellt, wobei eins jedoch beschädigt angekommen ist. Das Glas ist komplett zerbrochen und der Kaffeepulver war verhärtet und somit unbrauchbar. Aus unerklärlichen Gründen bekomme ich die Kosten auch nicht zurückerstattet :( Vielleicht wäre es sinnvoll die Artikel in Luftpolsterfolien einzuwickeln, damit nichts zerbricht.
