Worked on my old Sony camcorder direct fit love it
I have an older Sony camcorder and this is a direct fit battery for it, works perfect and has very long battery life if you have older camcorders this is a great replacement battery for them.

Purchased this battery for my handycam and it’s a beefy battery lasts very long, fits perfectly, and gives you the battery life info on it.

Does not charge after 2 months.
Initial charge on battery worked fine. After 2 months, unfortunately after return limit expired, the battery refuses to charge more than one bar. Not long enough to record much video time. Very little value for the money spent. Will not buy again.

I bought one of these about three years ago. I frequently used my camcorder (Sony DCRTRV 350) back then and never had a problem with this back then. More recently, I had my camcorder in storage for over a year. When I checked the battery the other day, it was still about 80% charged. After more than a year in storage. Charged it up to bring to full charge, and used a little over 2 hours of use for some family videos, and still had more than 1/3rd charge.

Will not work for TRV138!
Will not work for TRV-138. “Use Infolithium battery pack” this error message keeps coming up after a few seconds and the camcorder shuts off.
