Great tools

Very disappointed in product
Impact driver doesn’t work . Used once to place screws in concrete flooring for threshold in house and it quite after one threshold. The drill works fine but the battery died and the charger wouldn’t charge it ! I’m very disappointed in the product !

Low gear clutch slipping
Only used a handful of times and the lower gear clutch slips.

1 time use tool then trash
Initially this worked well or so I thought for tightening 3/4" carriage bolts on a composite wooden beam. Flash forward a month and the second time I go to use it for concrete wedge anchors and it failed miserably. Cant even get one anchor secured before the battery dies completely and it just shuts off after a total of 2 minutes of use from fully charged to fully dead. Im suspecting my wooden beam carriage bolts arent very tight now from before. Had to use the dewalt impact which was able to tighten all 25 wedge anchors without a single hiccup. Absolute garbage!!!
