Can you confirm that this doesn't fit the sunjoe spx 3000? i believe sunjoe is using m22

You can easily make this work using an inexpensive adaptor. Search for: "M22 15mm Male Thread to M22 14mm Female Fitting" on Amazon. Here is a popular one: www.amazon.com/dp/B07FZ94HPX SunJoe is M22, however the diameter of the fitting is M22-15mm instead of M22-14mm.

Does it come with an adapter that it shows in the picture?

Yes, does cone withheld adapter. But for me I did not need it, because I purchased the quick disconnect kit.

Will this work on a Stanley 2150?

If it has a 22mm hose adapter it shouldn’t be a problem I think most pressure washer here are that size.
