Absolutely Amazing!! For anyone dealing with vertigo this product can actually give your life back on the level. So I have been suffering with the feeling of spinning and unsteadiness for about 3 years now. I have tried everything.. went through with MRI with and without contrast, couldn't find anything. I have been taking this for just about 2 weeks. This has helped a lot! The key is taking as directed, I like for my time(s) to overlap, for instance if I take at 9:30 a.m. I am taking by 9:00 that evening.. The only problem is it says take 1 hour before bed time, and I am not always in bed and sleeping by 10:00 but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I highly recommend this product, it has helped with the feeling of unsteadiness and spinning. Knock on wood I haven't had an episode in almost 2 years where I spin uncontrollably. Outstanding product as described, well packaged, shipped quickly and in good condition. Value for money was fair.

But three years later, I still have vertigo and nausea when looking up, bending over, and looking down. I take it twice a day. It's also expensive.
