They Work Like a Charm
Because I am in physical therapy to regain my mobility freedom, the workouts have been taking a toll on my wrists. When I asked my therapist about something to support the wrists, she didn't have any suggestions. Thank goodness for some research here, on Amazon, and that I found these. I noticed a marked difference in how much easier I was able to complete the therapy exercises and how I was NOT in the same pain when we were finished. You may not be an athlete, I am certainly not, but there is no reason why you cannot care for your body parts like the pros do!
