Tried various things to eliminate stubborn algae on the glass to no avail. This actually worked with ease and a good price.

Great for cleaning your tanks glass
My fish tank was getting green algae spots and lines prob where the glass is a little scratched brought this to replace overly old glass cleaner (wasn’t doing its job) tried the plastic scraper first which seemed to work ok thought I’d try the metal blade to compare and metal blade wins hands down on the glass. Brought my tank up beautiful very pleased with this product nice strong magnet too would recommend this product

Great! But buy the right size!
I needed two new ones for two tanks, I went Large and Extra Large. I have returned the XL due to the fact it's huge for a 125L tank, but the magnet it super strong, snaps together and is hard to separate and using on the glass, it was hard to move, with thicker glass I'd work like the Large does on my 125L. Tried and tested, ignore any review recommending the XL for smaller than 200L, you need the thicker glass to not damage and to move it across the glass. Go Small for a tank less than a 125L. Go Large for a tank between 125L & 200L. Go Extra Large for 200L plus.

Way too weak
Magnet is not very strong AT ALL, so it has no friction for actually cleaning and any fast movement makes it detach immediately, and it's so lightweight that it goes careening off into the rest of the tank and floats in the middle so I have to go in and fish it out. Not worth it at all as it's barely useable.

Small but I knew this from other reviews but works great magnet is string also but might get a bigger one to speed it up but awesome device.
