I have had ibs c for 5 1/2 years now. It’s been miserable. I had to quit work over it because my past stuff I tried made me have to stay home for 2-4 hours at a time and many many times they didn’t work and retried and stayed home another 2 hours. I tried these after 5 1/2 years of agony and depression of being stuck home for hours. I had used the glycerine ones that did nothing. I’ve been on linzess and trulance and everything known to man. I tried one of these over the dulcolax ones and these have changed my life. The dulcolax ones work after me trying one last week but they’re too strong or too big. These are smaller and work within 10 mins and I had no after effects 30 mins later. I can actually go out and go back to work now after this pandemic is better but seriously, I would not go on vacations and drive long distances because of the after effects of all the over the counter stuff and prescription stuff that cost $400 plus a month. For the price I paid I would pay 5x this for 100 had I known these would work like they do. No 2-4 hour waiting. Literally no gurgling after and no cramps or spasms. There is a slight tingle inside but they are supposed to do this. Try these over anything else if you have ibs-c. They are also 100x less expensive than the original ones. I just hope they keep working. So far they have for 3 weeks now! Update 10/2023. It’s still working a year and half later. I only need a half. This box has lasted me almosr s year as I break them in half and. use a half every 2 days and it still works within 10-30 mins. Usually 10. It does cause an after effect many times about 2-3 hours later almost every time. You may or will feel a semi sick inside urge even though you’re probably empty or close to it. I wish it didn’t do this as you fee sick inside for 5 mins of a 2nd wave feeling. I don’t understand how as the half I use is gone and it seems to linger inside 2-3 hours later but I’ll take this over $400 truelance or having to stay home all day. Highly recommend. Break one in half and try a half.

The outer package breaks easily when opening. I pre open mine a little because I don't have good dexterity with Parkinsonism.
