It works by helping your body use carbs and sugars as energy rather than store them as fat. I honestly feel like this product dose work as intended so I give it five stars!

Great on cheat day
Great product to have if you taking a bunch of junk food. I use this and I saw my carbs actually turn into gains. I probably should get a better diet, but if you're someone who struggles with the diet while working out, this is a great purchase

It works but it makes me puke if I take it 30mins before eating . I have to take like 1hour 20 mins before I eat. But it does work

Changing expiration dates
Who is putting stickers on products saying a new expiration date? You can not change the manufacturer expiration date. This is not allowed and makes you question the quality of the product

Been taking this for a bout a month, it works but when your body get used to it and it doesn’t help at all, well that just me. There really no taste to it and the size of the pill aren’t bad. The price could be a little cheaper but so can everything else

Works as it claims
The supplement has kept me from being hungry. I have paired with Alpha Lion "Super Human Pump" Blue Steel flavor. Workouts have been more intense, but the seem to have tapered off. I don't know if my body has become acclimated and it does not have the same punch or do I need something else for the next level of body building?
