I definitely struggle with staying asleep. I’ve tried so many different natural sleep supplements and this one is a great blend of many of past sleep supps that I’ve tried before. This one works great and I don’t wake up feeling groggy in the morning.

This formula actually worked extremely well for me. After months of tossing and turning, I gave this a shot, and finally got some nights of quality, deep sleep. I even had some exciting dreams. The only drawback for me is the Melatonin. Supplementing with melatonin helps us get to sleep, but introducing it exogenously before bed prevents most of us from producing it ourselves while we're sleeping, so I woke up between 3-4am every single night while using this product. Was able to fall back asleep quickly, but still, this formula would be perfect for me without it. UPDATE: I'm running my second purchase of NightRest and it's 100x more effective than my previous experience. Hands down the best sleep supplement I've ever tried. I do still wake up early, but I decided to just start my day as soon as I wake up, and take NightRest between 8-9pm every night to fall asleep before 10pm without fail. Super grateful for this one.

Finally. A natural sleeping aid that ACTUALLY works!!! I've been taking Unisom every night for years. I know it's not the healthiest but it's a struggle to sleep. I've noticed it didn't work for me anymore and I was starting to wake up with really puffy eyes and feeling dizzy all day. I bought theses on a whim one day looking for something more natural to take. These work amazing! And I don't have any weird side effects or struggle waking up in the morning. They're a little more expensive than Unisom but it's 100% worth the money for some solid sleep without the groggy side effects. Thank God for this stuff!

I have tried several and this one is in top 5 (I rotate different brands as body will adjust to a particular supplement if used for too long and will become less effective for sleep over time). I use it in conjunction with other brands (different ingredients) and works pretty well as opposed to others. In my case 6 to 7 hours is good sleep for me even with occasional wake up during night. Obviously one brand is not going to be the magic pill for everybodys sleep habits, but this is good for the rotation with other supplements and will continue to purchase.

I take two at night before I go to bed and very occasionally I’ll take an extra one if I wake up in the middle of the night. They work better than any other sleep aid I’ve tried. I have fibromyalgia,CIRS, and spinal issues and these have really helped my sleep

I’m a big fan of this product and use it off and on long term. Helps me sleep well in combination with magnesium l-threonate. I only take one per evening.

These may help you to relax. The tablet are too big to swallow. Happily they taste just as the ingredients should. If you can chew them they may provide anxiolytic quality.

It works! I take 2 about 1/2 hour before bed.
