What cutting setting would you use on this if you were using a Cricut 3?

It doesn't work, don't waste your money. I used several different settings on my Maker and no matter what setting or how many cuts I sent it through, it just wouldn't cut all the way. Read the reviews.

Can you use a regular iron to tranfer this vinyl?

YES you can. I use a iron on highest heat setting. My iron goes to 400 degrees. Using a heat sheet, press firmly. Sometimes I iron back of item. Then I do the stretch test to make sure there is complete adherence.
