Infra red noisy
They should give option of On Off Or Auto for infra red. Cause it's either Auto or Off. On auto mod it turns on and off several times in night and make disturbing sounds on each on and off. So better give option for Always on so we can keep it on in night.

Awful software keeps disconnecting
Awful and stressful software.I changed my network and ever since I cant get the camera to work. It keeps disconnecting after resetting it and installing it on the app.Camera also keeps rotating every min...Just pure frustration

Easy to use, simple app interface, free cloud storage*
The camera comes handy, very easy to setup using your mobile device, the app interface is nice. One of the best feature is 7-days (1GB) free could storage, it automatically overwrites. Although the recording time is too short (few seconds) and I couldn't find option to increase it but it does the job. The camera also follows the person. Timely notifications are sent to mobile.

This camera worked awesome! I would highly recommend. Easy set up. Attached to my phone along with another one I have. Excellent for keeping an eye on my mom or our cat when we were on vacation. Super easy to use. Zoom works great. Motion detected shows my mom wondering around the house. The picture quality is awesome.

Reolink Cameras are great products at an excellent price point. They don't force you into subscription in order to view and store footage and photos and they have better technology than other more expensive brands. I have been using Reolink camera since 2016 and the first exterior solar cameras that I purchased, still functioning perfectly. Privacy not an issue, as the videos and photos do go on the cloud, just your own storage (many choices). I have used them on properties thousands of kms away. Now I am switching to Reolink on my properties in Canada as well.
