Very nice smell and it helps with my sleep.

I'm already a fan of Feather & Down pillow sprays for helping me drift off, but the "Breathe Well" version has truly impressed me. I initially bought this for my girlfriend when she was feeling a bit under the weather and struggling with her breathing at night. I can honestly say, this spray 100% worked for both of us, ensuring we got a good night's sleep and helped us breathe a lot clearer. The blend of essential oils, including eucalyptus and peppermint, really does seem to open things up. I don't use this product religiously every single night. However, I absolutely love having it handy for those specific days when I know I'll need that extra bit of help to properly enjoy a good night's sleep – whether it's due to a stuffy nose, seasonal sniffles, or just feeling a bit congested.
