Used to be good....
The 5 flavors that they show are no longer what ships. Rather than the blue original flavor, they are sending this garbage Salt, Pepper, and Coriander flavor which is barely edible and full of fat. Save your money

Decent flavored but more thin sliced jerky than authentic biltong
This is a good option for low carb dieters looking for snack options. If you're a genuine authentic biltong lover (as I am), I'm not sure that this will do it for you. It's more like an Americanized version of it than of true African biltong. This doesn't mean that it's a terrible snack. The flavors are decent, the texture is decent and the size of the pieces are...decent. The spicy wasn't very spicy at all. As someone who sprinkles ghost pepper flakes on her food, it's not that surprising that I didn't find it spicy. Surprisingly the salsa verde was my favorite flavor. You get an immediate salsa verde scent as soon as you open the bag. Interestingly enough, the taste matched very closely to the scent. I was surprised because when I first saw it, I thought salsa verde flavored biltong would be kinda gross. If you're a true jerky lover this might not be for you. My husband is more of a jerky person. I had him try this and he was not a fan. He said it was too thin and the texture too weird for him. I gave it 4 Stars because I think it's a good snacking option for low carb/keto dieters. There's nothing that I think anyone would hate about this but there's also nothing that I think would bowl anyone over.

Good flavor, bad quality
The flavors are super good, however the quality was not. It was mostly shredded up pieces and quite a bit of just solid fat. Not at all like other biltong I’ve had. WAAAYYYY overpriced for what it was. Definitely won’t buy again.

Amazing!!
Loved every flavor that came in the variety pack. I hadn't tried biltong before, and it was a great way to try it out in different flavors.
