Is it a smooth flipper knife?

Yes, that is one of the reasons I like this knife so much.

Has there been any issues with this flipper accidentally opening in the pocket?

I’ve not had issue with this at all. The blade retention while the knife is closed is quite strong, enough that it takes a fair amount of pressure to open it. It’s been an excellent knife all around.

Can the pocket clip be reversed to go in left hand pocket?

The pocket clip is single position for tip up right handed carry.

Is there a black blade knife available ?
