Love it, have wanted one for 3+ years and it hasn’t disappointed. Feel very spoilt once sitting in, comfortable and plenty of room for me and my other half. Took 2 hours to fill and 24 to get to temperature which was as expected. It’s costing roughly £25 per week to heat which was also around what I expected with current electric costs so will be emptied and put away once the heating goes on! Has been tricky to get the chemicals balanced but I believe this is fairly standard, 2 weeks following set up the filter needed changing, not sure how long they’re meant to last

If your looking for a cheap spa, you really can't go wrong with one of these. Easy to setup, and you can ready for use in 24hrs. Bubbles are really good, and great for relieving stiffness, and reducing the daily stress that we all have to endure. Please be aware of the running costs though, there not cheap to run and maintain, that said for me the benefits are well worth the expense.

This is our 2nd St Moritz Laz-y Spa, originally bought the first one in 2019. Last year we started having problems with the pump and slow punctures in both the bottom and top of the inflatables. Nevertheless it's lasted longer than we expected hence why we have bought the same model and kept the old one for spare parts . It's quite energy efficient, even better since we had solar panels fitted. It's basically running for free now! Really good insulated walls and lid, easy to use and thick walls to prevent kids hurting themselves whilst having a splash. It's a really good family tub!

Read the instructions & check out YouTube videos, because the instructions are really quite poor. However, once you've worked it out, installation is really simple & quick. The quality is very high, with the plastic being thick & durable. Connecting the inflated liner to the heater/filter unit is easy, and when running with the filter & heater switched on, the noise levels are low. The power cord is long, and it has a cut-out device built in to protect against electric shocks. The plug is small enough to fit a standard external socket & close the lid. 000 Changing the filter is simple, and a floating device makes adding chlorine painless & easy. The display is easy to understand, but the locking button is a bit of a pain. You have to give a long press to unlock the controls, and it can get a little tiresome after the hundredth time of unlocking! The filter is efficient, and the bubbles very good and energetic. It heats up fairly quickly, it went from 16 degrees to 40 degrees in around 24 hours, and it maintains the temperature well. The lid is large & sturdy with an inflateable inner that helps stop heat escaping. The buckles require two hands to open & should dissuade younger children, but if you have arthritis you might struggle a little - but the lid will remain in position without buckling up. This is a large hot tub, it will take 4 adults without the need to keep your knees up around your ears. Some of the smaller models claim 4 adults can use them, but that's an incredibly tight squeeze - this model is genuinely large enough for 4 adults. A good quality, large hot tub. If you want a reliable hot tub with plenty of space, this will do the job very well

Easy to set up, filling takes few hours so dont expect to get in that day unless you fill with hot water. Make sure you have clear water starter kit and clarifyer ordered. Absolutely love mine. Keep it on constantly and in the morning just turn the heater on.

Saved up for this and I am happy with it. Nice to relax in after work and gym. Review the utube video for install and upkeep before purchase.

Easy to assemble and inflate,had no problem putting up myself.very sturdy,the cover keeps the heat in. Can fit 5 people comfortably.
