Good as a detox cleanse but drink LOTS of water all day and stay close to a bathroom. When I’ve been eating unhealthy or decide to have bread, this helps bring me back to a good starting point to eat healthy again.

I freaking love this product. I lost my stubborn 10 lbs I was trying to lose and I feel great. I buy it every 2 to 4 weeks depending on how I'm feeling but it is for sure worth every penny. I wish they made a bigger one though for the same price because I usually go through it too fast :( but all in all great product!!!

I’ve used the Isagenix liquid cleanse before, but this time, I wanted to try the powder. It’s easy to mix and tastes like berries, but I still prefer the bottled formula. I love the fact that it’s plant-based, with the primary ingredient being alfalfa. I also like knowing that this is not a colon cleanser and won’t send me running to the toilet during work. It does make me pee a ton, which is great after a binge weekend! It also makes me thirsty, so I keep extra water with me on cleanse days. When I followed the entire Isagenix program, it was explained to me that I should be cleansing 1-2 full days per week, and that it can be broken up by using the cleanse as one meal replacement daily. I sip on my cleanse and water in the morning and eat a healthy lunch and dinner. I’ve already lost 5 pounds this week! The only drawback to the product is that it gives me headaches sometimes, which can be a normal reaction to detoxing.

Love Isagenix products and have been using them for years. This canister will only last 2 cleanses and it can be quite expensive to use if you cleanse 2 times per week.
