4 Star Review. This is me being Generous because i just don't think it was for my style of hand wrapping. If you are looking to do open palm hand wrapping i would recommend getting semi elastic wraps like venom of meister brands because they have good elasticity and are more affordable. If your looking to use close palm hand wrapping these are good. These are more suitable towards muay thai then boxing, i do boxing. I Found this wrap to be little to barely elastic not semi elastic. When i first tried it, it was comfortable but i don't recommend stiff wraps for open palm as they usually tend to slip around the hand becoming loose. These even when i deliberately tightened them up on my hands so they would not slip, they still slipped quite a bit, they did not cause discomfort which is the main thing, even when it was tight, its also quite breathable. If you like wraps on the stiffer side or prefer to used closed palm hand wrapping style I definitely recommend these.

I decided to give these Fairtex wraps a try, and I was very pleased. A definite upgrade from the Everlast hand wraps I've been using for the past two years. The Fairtex wraps are a bit thicker with a tighter weave which is great and the elasticity allows me to go tighter around the wrist but loose around the knuckles for added cushioning.

Good length for write and knuckle protection, and good quality either of the fabric and the Velcro. Plus, nice vibrant color.
