Perfect for glass
If you have ever tried to print 'glass' on an FDM printer, you will be familiar with the frustration and poor results that are usually obtained. Well, with a little tweaking of settings, making sure all lines and supports are printed in the same direction, high temperature and no cooling. This product with careful settings will print the closest thing to glass you will ever see from an FDM printer. Almost perfectly clear. Absolutely ideal for all those models out there that have clear parts or just as an interesting effect for ornaments and gifts. It does take a while to print, but the result is worth the wait. This product is the only one I've had consistent success with and that has printed perfectly every time. Be aware though, you need a HOT temperature to print with this, so it won't work in printers with a limited temperature height. Great price for a great product. Especially as it actually works.

Easy to print, nice and vibrant
I used Overture Rock White PETG for a larger 'functional' print, and it's worked out quite well. I have Bambu printers which print pretty fast - too fast for this filament. My first print I could pull apart quite easily with bare hands. Instead, I found at 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle, I had to keep the speed to 150mm/s or lower. At this speed the quality was excellent, and the print seems to be as strong as any other PETG print. The behaviour seems to be the same as normal PETG, and all that entails (flex, less brittle than PLA, etc.). Appearance-wise I think it's pretty stunning. It is a very vibrant white which is what I wanted. I've provided a photo comparing this Rock PETG to eSun PLA Marble. The surface is matte rather than shiny, which is unusual for PETG. The surface feels rough to the touch, rather than shiny and smooth. The 'black' pieces I think are very shiny because if they reach the surface they appear somewhat mirror-like. Occasionally this can result in a blemish on the print. I think a piece gets briefly stuck on the nozzle and drags for a bit. This can result in a line or 'divot' where it was dragged. I'm not sure if you need a hardened nozzle when printing this. I would follow the general rule that if there's anything else in the filament (glitter, fibres, etc.), use a hardened nozzle just in case.

The best PETG, well about 90% of the time
This is my usual โgo toโ filament. Itโs usually dry right out of the box, well wound and prints really well. Iโve bought Overture at least 10 times and have been impressed every time. However until my last order. I opened the usual Mylar bag, first off it appeared tangled, most unusual. It looked like it had been rewound by hand. Secondly when I loaded it into the printer it hissed and popped like never before, so wet. Then I tried to print it just clogged, so much I had to rebuild my hotend. So while I was rebuilding I tried to dry it out for 48hrs and it was pretty grim. Very poor finish. So Iโm going to send this one back. See photos. 1st is the dodgy batch, second is the usual quality from the end of the last reel. So is this dodgy 1. Just a QA mistake 2. Counterfeit 3. Really old stock? Who knows?

This is the one
I got this brand after my last one ran out. Last brand was ok but the print quality was not the best but it didnโt need to be great because these parts were to be used outside. Overture has been great since I started using it. No changes to any settings over the last roll and the quality is much improved. I will try overture in other filaments as and when I need them and hopefully get the same great result AAA+++

Hard to print
I bought this filiment in rock white and I'd like this to work better but it's just so awful to print in. If you can get this to work then it looks great. I've had some luck on very larger items but not without there being problems when the filiment is pulled round tighter corners. I've tried slowing down print speeds as well as heating the bed and nozzel to higher tempritures but I recon i've thrown out half of what i've printed. My best advice is if you do buy this is then make sure it's bone dry but i really couldnt recomend buying it. There's a lot of stringing, especially going round tighter corners and the top layer quality is pretty poor what is probably in part because of how poorly it prints in the infill

I was pleasantly impressed!
It's a softer petg, the way it should be. I noticed other brands produce prints that somewhat resemble PLA in hardness, but not this one. The consistency is maybe a bit harder than the plastic in a soda bottle cap. Printing-wise, I just used the indications on the roll and I had zero issues with it. Stringing was almost non-existent, I had some prints with basically zero stringing. It bridges well, especially if the printer has adequate cooling (yes, for bridges you will have to ramp it up a little). No clogs, no issues, no headaches. I'm really pleased by Overture Light Grey PETG. This being said, I did not try any other color or material from them, but now I'm interested to try and see if other filaments are squally good.

The best!
Fabulous filament with excellent colour. Never worked with a better pet-g filament. Top quality of prints and finishing with my Bambu A1. Printed for over 8h without drying the filament and didnโt get any issues

Worst PETG filament I've ever used, avoid this one from Overture.
Worst PETG filament I've used. I've been generally pretty happy with the different filaments I've used from overture, such as their TPU, all printed on my Bambu P1S printer. However, the experience with their black PETG, has been nothing but defects, and print failures. I have used the official overture print profile for my printer, along with a variety of well reviewed profiles from Makerworld, and performed calibrations, with very little improvement. Meanwhile my Bambu PETG HF and Sunlu basic PETG continue to print flawlessly.

Models keep warping when using this filament, but for the same model when using other filament is okay. Would not recommend it, waste of money and your printing time

I do a lot of printing for my RC hobby and I decided to try this for some upcoming printable airplanes. This stuff prints better than my PLA from Hatchbox. At the right temp, it prints smoothly with no stringing, great layer adhesion and bed adhesion. Will definitely be buying more when I run out!

Have used this filament for a ton of prints and prints great at the specified settings with no bunching or clogging. I use a heated bed which works great at 80, and you can forego the build plate included.

Prints quite well while dry, but absorbs moisture at an incredible rate. In a 70F room with 55% humidity it starts printing bubbly in about 48 hours. In 72 hours it prints like poop. Would I buy again? Absolutely. It's cheap, and I have a food dehydrator to deal with wet filament. PS: In raw form this filament is quite porous (hence its hygroscopic properties), and as a result rather soft. Make sure to reduce the idler tension, or you'll jam the Bowden tube in no time.

I honestly can't recommend this enough. Originally bought it to print custom Christmas light lenses, and I loved the results so much I rarely use anything else. Print quality is amazing with great adhesion even up to 0.3mm layers (unable to test further due to nozzle size) and minimal shrinkage. I personally recommend 240C on the nozzle, 75C on the bed, and no fan.
