Silicone Scar Sheets are amazing
I purchased this long ago I had some surgery & was worried about scaring it was amazing, also I purchased many things to avoid the scaring & this is the one product I can tell you was the most economical & was even recommended by my dermatologist the fact you can reuse it (not indefinitely) but yes you can rinse it & reuse. I also loved you can cut the size you need. I buy it in bulk & just really as I am asked so often to recommend products etc & here & other eI have I am going through & just giving it a go I am Souther I am a talker so If you don't like that you should look for the 4 stars or bot reviews. Forgive my grammar or anything else I will do better later. I am starting this while deciding to do 23 other things I am supposed to be doing. Plus who cares I am sure you can figure out what I'm. saying to you lovebugs. Now recently I saw on accident from TikTok on the side of my email feed this amazing product you can also cut to size for your frown or giggle line (Kind of Like what my mamma uses frownies?) sleep with it & it plumps those lines right up. MY gosh the savings & hmm magic. You must get this product for any scars keep it in your young or old lady's medicine arsenal or beauty fridge. ;) @SiliconeScarSheets @CARBOUSTORE @#AMAZON

Easy, Effective and Great for Newly Closed Surgical Sites
NOTE: Do not use this on open wounds or surgical sites that are draining. This should be a no-brainer but this is not a bandaid, just a cover. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and am extremely prone to painful atrophic scaring. I have tried creams, different sutures, covers, everything! But when I saw this I had to give it a try, figuring that the silicone could act as the collagen I lack. Very very sticky and stays on for a while (except on joints). I put these on newly healed surgical sites on my stomach, and they have stayed on for more than 3 weeks. My surgeon was ASTOUNDED at how little scarring there was and how well healed my incisions were. I am assuming this is because the silicone keeps my own skin from pulling and stretching around the incision. It doesn't stay long on joints. I tried cutting lines so I could fold it over my elbow but it only lasted a day or two (which isn't bad of course) but just in case someone wants it purely for joints. Definitely a great value! I stick it on any newly closed injury (which as an injury prone person, is a regular occurrence) and have been extremely pleased with the results.

Effective and discrete
Did its job and was mostly unnoticed by other people despite being wrapped around my pinky finger. I was using it to protect a new scar from sunlight and to keep it moisturized, and it did so while also blending in with my skin. It got the job done.

Scar tape
Used this on a 1 year old raised scar tissue. It seemed to work and the scar shrank but never totally went away.

Sticks, stays, washes & reusable.
Stays on great and reusable. I've worn them for over 24 hours and then worked out. They stayed on the whole time! I removed and washed them with warm soapy water. That's the time to reshape them and unstick them if they stick to themselves. I shook off the access water after rinsing then stuck them to a plastic office folder to dry. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well they reshape in warm water and drying on the plastic. I put on a new set while the first set dried. I've used each set a few times within a 2 week time period. After about 3 uses under breasts they get a bit ratty from the heat and crease in the skin. The tape lasts longer on flat skin areas. Washing and reusing can be a bit time consuming but worth it if it helps. I'm looking forward to seeing the final results in the next several months. Maybe I'll remember to update in the fall.

Used to Work Well - Third Purchase
I used to buy a different brand and have discovered this one which works better for me in so many ways. This is my third purchase end of May and unfortunately it keeps on breaking and now even sticks so much tighter to the skin that it hurts to pull out. Also, not everyone needs the PRECUT version. And it tears down very easily outside of the wanted size. It only causes a lot of waste. Please go back to the previous production ways because the change is causing a lot of pain and waste.

Covers my scar.
I recently had my thyroid removed and use this tape to cover the scar for a few reasons. One, to help with healing the skin so the scar is not as visible as it would be without; two, when I don't want to slather the scar with sunscreen when in the sun; and three, when I have slathered on oil or sunscreen and don't want that to get on my scarf. It's very sticky on skin that is free of product, and can pull the skin quite a bit when removing, so it would definitely not be good to put on a wound until it had healed together. There is little adhesion to skin with product on, and it stays attached but moves around. I like that it's perforated so can be easily torn and I don't need to use scissors thereby potentially adding germs and nasties to my skin, and it's very convenient to just tear along the dotted line. I can't speak yet to it's efficacy as a scar preventer, but I hope it works for me.

Life changing mouth tape for sleep apnea
I have sleep apnea, and use a C-PAP machine. Over the past few months, my AHI (the measurement of sleep interruptions per hour) has been too high. Under 5 is ideal, and I was in the high 20's most nights. My doctor hasn't been able to fix it by adjusting the settings, so I was getting desperate for a good night's sleep, waking up exhausted and needing naps to get through the day. I ordered some Hostage Tape, which is a fancy brand of mouth tape to see if that helped. From day one, my AHI went from the 20's to 1 or 2. Incredible results. The problem was that Hostage Tape costs about a dollar a night, and the adhesive was so strong, it was excruciating peeling it off in the morning. I started looking for alternatives, and landed on silicone tape. One brand didn't stick well enough, and another was OK, but at 1" thick, it was a little too thin, and occasionally released mid- sleep. This product is ideal! It's the right size, very comfortable and even reusable, bringing the cost down to a few pennies per night. My sleep has improved so dramatically that I'm a cheerful pain in the ass in the mornings now, and I have energy all day, without having to nap. I also had a perpetual sore on my nose from the combination of wearing the mask at night and wearing glasses during the day. I put a small piece of the tape over the sore spot on my nose, and it cleared up in two days. If you snore and/or use a C-PAP, this stuff might just change your life.

Works well on scars, is an issue on joints. Good quality. Great value for money.
Using silicone scar tape post-surgery can be an effective method for reducing the appearance of scars. After undergoing knee surgery, I began using this scar tape to address the scarring from the procedure. It has been a year since my surgery, and I noticed that one of the scars developed into a painful keloid. Remarkably, within just two days of using the scar tape, the keloid was significantly flattened. Additionally, within a week, the scars from my stitches had diminished considerably. One challenge I encountered was that the scar tape tended to shift when applied over joints. To mitigate this issue, I used medical tape to secure the borders of the silicone tape, which proved to be very effective in keeping it in place during movement. I wash and reuse the silicone scar tape for about a week before replacing it. The lifespan can vary depending on the location; it may last longer if applied to a less mobile area. It’s important to note that the silicone tape loses its adhesiveness when exposed to water. To easily remove the tape without it sticking to your fingers, wetting your hands beforehand is advisable. For cleaning the tape, it’s best to use lukewarm water along with a neutral soap. Avoid using other types of soap, as they can compromise the material's integrity. After washing, I air dry the scar tape by placing it on a roll of clean cling film-covered objects to prevent dust from settling on it. Overall, silicone scar tape is a highly effective product that offers good value for its price when managing post-surgical scars.

Worked well on 16cm post-op scar
I used this tape for about 6 months after I had surgery for a broken humerus. It is a 16cm scar across the front of my shoulder. I wore the tape all day everyday, taking it off at night and moisturising and massaging the scar with oil before bed. The tape lasts well if washed gently every now and then so you can use the same piece for about a month. I still have about half the roll left. The scar flattened very well. The 5 cm at each end faded to white after about 4 months. The middle section is a thicker scar as I am quite thin and the skin was pulled over a new internal plate. That area is still a bit red but I can tell it is much lighter and has flattened a lot compared to what it would have been without the tape. It does require daily wear to work.
