Is there a horizontal version of the single murphy bed plans?

I do have a horizontal version of the queen but not the single. Ben

What are the dimensions?

I personally didn't use the plans, I picked them up for friend in Texas who had no trouble building the Murphy bed and actually sized up dimensions to fit a full size mattress and built another using that same plan configuration. I guess that is pretty good endorsement from him as far as I am concerned.

Is there a plan available to build a horizontal Murphy bed (as opposed to vertical)?

Yes, look on Rockler’s website

What did it cost you to build the finished product, without the mattress?

About $300 for the kit and $200 for the materials
