Just okay I didn’t really notice a difference. Honestly I was diagnosed at a teenager of being ADHD, and I wanted Nootopics to be an adequate alternative to a prescriptive stimulant. However I just got back on Adderall XR and I can tell you they are not the same by a long shot. Unfortunately my under dopamine producing friends sometimes nootopics aren’t enough now it might be for you reading this, but it didn’t work in my case.
