How much candy should I buy to fill this?

That's hard to answer, but go with smaller pieces. I made the mistake of buying some large items, like ring pops, and the got jammed up in the curves.

What is the size of the opening to fill the piñata? Trying to figure out what size toys and candy to buy. Thank you!

I was able to fill it with the mini size chocolate bars with no issues as for exact measurements I can't tell you for sure
