Unpleasant taste
I have been using similar protein drinks of other brands but this time I thought of trying this product. The taste of this product is quite unpleasant and I feel like taking a medicine rather than a drink. Just wonder how I am going to exhaust this.

A good diabetic drink but a bit costly for the quantity
The taste is good and lightly sweet . I haven't tested the sugars 2 hours after taking this .so can't certify about the effect of it on blood sugar control!
