How do you heat them? In the microwave?or running tap water?

I haven't tried heating them up yet but I'm sure you can put it in the microwave for 10-15secs and you'll be fine. Same goes for the hot tap water, just don't burn yourself.

Do they stick to your skin?

Good Day, These do not have any sticky or adhesive characteristic.
