Good product but make it more soft

Comfort and packaging material needs improvement
The comfort level can be better. Packaging materials smells very badly. It causes vomiting. Due to packaging material the product keeps smelling badly after 2days of unpacking.

Material is great, product is horrible.
Just bad. The arm rest brings the whole dang back forward cause theres no lock-in system for where you adjust the swivel on the back. And there is only ONE single position where the arm-rests are actually perpendicular to the base. and lower or higher moves the arm rest along with it. In short: The arm rest is not individually adjustable. Just overall a bad product even though the fabric and metal quality are all GREAT, so its such a shame that the design element of it is just plain painful.

Good and useful product
I gifted it to an aged person after an operation. She felt very comfortable on it when she was having breathing problems. It has become easier for her family to feed her, and take care of her because of this product. I recommend this product.
